At Shadowe, we are committed to delivering premium-quality footwear. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please read our return policy below.

7-Day Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

* The footwear must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
* The product must be returned with its original box, packaging, tags, and accessories (if any).
* The sole must not have any marks, scratches, dirt, or signs of wear. Returns with marked or used soles will be rejected.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Product

If you receive a product that is:

* Damaged,
* Defective, or
* Different from the item you ordered,

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

* Your order number,
* Clear photos of the product, and
* An unboxing video

For complete transparency, every order is video recorded during the packing process before dispatch. These recordings are used to verify and resolve claims efficiently.

Refund Process

* Once your returned product is received and passes our quality inspection, your refund will be initiated.
* A deduction of ₹80–₹100 will be made from the refund amount to cover shipping and handling charges (both forward and return shipping).
* The remaining refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
* If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product sent by Shadowe, no shipping deduction will be applied, and a full refund or replacement will be provided.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted if:

* The footwear has been worn or used.
* The sole has marks, scratches, dirt, or any signs of usage.
* The product is returned without its original packaging, tags, or box.
* The return request is made after 7 days from the delivery date.
