How do I find my size?

Stand on a sheet of paper. Mark behind your heel and at your longest toe. Measure between the two marks in centimetres. 22.8cm = 36, 23.4cm = 37, 24.0cm = 38, 24.8cm = 39, 25.4cm = 40, 26.0cm = 41. Measure in the evening, when feet are slightly swollen, and use your longer foot — most people have one foot bigger than the other.

What if I'm between two sizes?

Go up. A slightly loose heel is wearable; a tight one isn't.

What sizes do you carry?

36 to 41 across all styles.

Which heel height should I choose?

Under 2 inches for daytime functions and anywhere you'll be on grass. 2 to 2.5 inches for evenings and dancing — a block heel at this height stays stable. Above 3 inches suits receptions where you're mostly seated or being photographed.

What makes your heels comfortable?

A firm arch with a shank inside so the heel doesn't fold sideways, and a 5mm cushioned sole where the ball of your foot sits. Our ComfortPlus range adds an EVA foam base and a flexible zigzag sole.

Do you offer cash on delivery?

Yes — free COD across India. You pay when the order reaches you.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days. Delivery typically takes 3–7 days depending on your location.

Do you ship across India?

Yes, pan-India.

What is your return policy?

10 days, no questions asked. If the fit isn't right or the pair isn't what you expected, send it back.

Can I exchange for a different size?

Yes. Write to us within 10 days of delivery and we'll arrange it.

What condition do returns need to be in?

Unworn, in the original box, with tags intact. Try them indoors on a clean surface before deciding.

What payment methods do you accept?

UPI, cards, net banking and cash on delivery. Prepaid orders get an additional discount at checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Get in touch as soon as possible. If it hasn't been dispatched, we can change or cancel it.

How do I track my order?

You'll receive tracking details by email and SMS once your order ships.

How do I clean patent and PU footwear?

Wipe with a damp cloth and dry immediately. Keep them out of direct sunlight — it dulls the finish over time.

How should I store my heels?

In the box with tissue inside, so straps don't crease. Avoid stacking them under heavier items.
